ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 4 8
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 19 TO
SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended;
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 18 of said
Section, the following Sub-Section nineteen (19) :
"19- Lots 466 thru 475 of Pleasant View Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as f'R-2"
One and Two Family Residence District be, and the same is
hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence District. "
Section 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of November, 1970.
