AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE WESTFIELD-VIRDFN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, IOWA R-7.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA as follows :
That
The North Five (5) feet of Lot No. Twenty-six
(26) Kentzelman's Addition, known as an alley
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be,
and the same is vacated.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of December
1970.
