AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 183 & 184 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 2203 KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY MAKING CERTAIN STREETS ONE -
WAY AND DESIGNATING SAME AS BOULEVARDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 183 of Ordinance No. 2203 known as the Traffic Ordinance
is hereby amended by adding the following one-way streets:
STREET OR AT,T,F,Y DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC
Mullan Avenue From the northeast to the
southwest between Franklin Street
and Locust Street.
First Street From the southwest to the
northeast between Locust Street
and Franklin Street.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Section 184 of Ordinance No. 2203 known as the Traffic Ordinance
is amended by designating the following streets as boulevards:
STREET PORTION OF STREET DESIGNATED AS
A BOULEVARD
Mullan Avenue From the northeast to the
southwest between Franklin Street
and Locust Street.
First Street From the southwest to the
northeast between Locust Street
and Franklin Street.
Passed and adopted this ttS day of December, 1970.
