ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS ,y£
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 9 TO
SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section. No. 8 of said section,
the following Sub-Section nine (9) :

Ali that part of the South Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet
of the Southeast Quarter (SE ) of Section No. Nineteen (19) ,
Township No. Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. 12 West of the
Fifth Principal Maridian, in Unplatted Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, lying West of the Westerly right-of-way line
of the Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Milwaukee Railroad, except
the West Seven Hundred Seventy-three and five-tenths (773.5)
feet and except. all legal highways .
