AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1117 AS
RULES AND ORDER OF BUSINESS OF CITY COUNCIL,ABNDED,
STRIKING SECTIONS 30 AND 31 AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF PROVISIONS FOR STANDING COMMITTEES AND THE
NUMBER OF MEMBERS ON SAID STANDING COMMITTEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO I OWA :
