SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,

Sctioa 1 . That PART IX of ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , as amended shall be and the

as shown on the Official Major Street Plan.
2Above yard requirements for mobile home parks, condominium and row dwellings apply to total area and not indi-
vidual units.
3Side yard requirements for mobile home parks may be reduced to ten feet where such court or park abutts a less
restrictive zoning district.
