ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 12 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: SECTION 1 : That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended , be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 11 of said section, the following Sub-Section twelve (12) : " 12 TO "C-1" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT The East 383 feet of the North of Southeast of Section 11 Township 89 North-Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , TO "R-3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT All of the North of Southeast 4 of Section 11 Township 89 North-Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa except the East 383 ft. thereof, now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "A-1" Agricultural District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3" Multiple Resi- dence District and "C-1" Commercial District, as described above . " SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be , and he is hereby, directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
