ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 13 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
SECTION 1 : That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended ,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 12 of said sec-
tion, the following Sub-Section thirteen (13) :
" 13 Lots 8 and 9, Block 33, Hagerman Place in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Residence District. "
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
