AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF THE ALLEY LYING NORTH OF
LOTS 237 THRU 240 IN FIRST ADDITION TO GALLOWAY, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the part of the Alley lying North of Lots 237 thru 240
in First Addition to Galloway, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
That portion of the public alley in the First Addition to
Galloway between the East lot line of Lots Nos. 213 and
240 extended and the West lot lines of Lots Nos. 218 and
237 extended, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of July, 1970.
