AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, MADE NECESSARY BY THE RELOCATION OF A PORTION
OF THE FRONTAGE ROAD AS PART OF THE HIGHWAY NO. 218 WIDENING AND IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That
Part of the North-South alley in Block 17, Downing Place in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of lot 12 in said Block 17;
thence North along the East line of lots 12 and 11 a distance
of 41 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the West line of
lot 16 in said Block 17 that is 57 feet North of the Southwest
corner of lot 15 in said Block 17; thence South along the West
line of lots 16 and 15 to the Southwest corner of lot 15 in said
Block 17; thence West a distance of 16 feet to the point of
beginning;
