ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 3 7
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF CEDAR STREET AND
A PART OF WEST THIRD STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Northeasterly One Hundred (100) feet in even width
of that part of West Third Street in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa , lying Southwest of the Southwesterly line of
Cedar Street, extended.
Also, all that part of Cedar Street in the City of
Uaterloo, Iowa (not heretofore vacated) lying between
the Northwesterly line of Park Avenue and a line One Hund-
red Thirty (130) feet Southeasterly of the Southeasterly
line of West Second Street,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of September, 1970.
