BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That
The East 20 Feet of Lot 8, and that part of Lot 8, Block 21, Railroad
Addition, Waterioo, Iowa, Black tta`.ok County oeecribed as follows:
iseginning at a pout on the South line of Lot 8 that is 20
feet West of the Southeas. corner of said lot; thence ' es :
a distance of 10 feet; thence Northeasterly a distance or

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
That
The East 20 Feet of Lot 8, and that part of Lot 8, Block 21, Railroad
Addition, Waterloo, Iowa, Black Hawk County described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 8 that is 20
feet West of the Southeast corner of said lot; thence West
a distance of 10 feet; thence Northeasterly a distance of
14.04 feet to a point on the West line of the East 20 feet of
Lot 8 that is 10 feet North of the South line of Lot 8; thence
