AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF AN ALLEY
AND CERTAIN REAL ESTATE, AND A PORTION
OF JODER AVENUE VACATED, ALL IN "HAGERMAN
PLACE" IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of an alley and certain real estate, and a portion of
Joder Avenue vacated, all in "Hagerman Place" in the City of Waterloo, Iowa
described as follows:
"All of theAlleA,lying adjacent to and East of Lots 6, 7,
8, 9 and 10r,tacliqigerman Place" in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa",
and
"The west Twenty-six (26) feet of Lot 12 and theBso‘!th,

taat portion of Joder Avenue vacated lying forty (40)
feet aorta of Highway 218 and west of Cleveland Street
except the east fifteen (15) feet of said vacated Joder
