AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF AN UNOPENED
ALLEY IN PLEASANT VIEW ADDITION, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS :
1 . That a part of an unopened alley in Pleasant View Addition,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa described as follows :
All of tine alley lying South of the West Twenty-
three (23) feet of Lot 121, all of Lots 122 and
123 and the East Thirty (30) feet of Lot 124 in
Pleasant View Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
