ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 0 3
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF CERTAIN STREETS
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,
IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
THE WESTFIELD-VIRDEN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, IOWA
R-7 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That
All of Whitney Road lying East of the Easterly
line of the intersection of Westfield Avenue and
West Conger Street and North of the North line
of Lot Ten (10) extended in Hinson Addition;
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , shall be, and the
same are vacated.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of July, 1969.
