ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 0 4
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 6 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 5 of said section,
the following Sub-Section six (6) :
"6 Lots 9, 10 and 11 in Block 6, Logan Dale Heights
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-4" Multiple Residence District. "
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 21st day of July , 1969.
