BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That a portion of utility easement in the subdivision of Brookeridge in Section 3-88-13; described as follows, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall be, and the same is hereby vacated. A tract of land sixty (60) feet in width lying thirty (30) feet on each side of and extending along a line described as: Commencing at a point on an extension of the center line of Park Lane, said point being 845.77 feet Southeasterly of the East line of Southaven Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence Southwesterly a distance of 1052.4 feet to a point on the East line of the SW4 SW4 of Section 3-88-13, said point being 240 feet South of the NE corner of the SW4 SW4 of said Section 3; thence continuing along an extension of the previous course a dis- tance of 261.75 feet; thence Westerly along a curve tangent to the last described course, concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 740.96 feet a distance of 200.00 feet, which property is included in: A part of the S4 SW4 of Section 3-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 151, Southaven First Addition; thence S. 45° 03' 17" E. a distance of 162.73 feet; thence S. 42° 39' W. a distance of 180.00 feet; thence S. 47° 21' E. a distance of 30.00 feet; thence S. 42° 39' W. a distance of 242.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along a curve concave Northwesterly and tangent to the last described course having a radius of 781.09 feet a distance of 375.84 feet; thence N. 19° 46' 51" W. a distance of 60.00 feet; thence N. 33° 00' 31" W. a distance of 348.41 feet; thence North a distance of 297.59 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 132, Southaven First Addition; thence N. 890 33' E. along the South line of Southaven First Addition a distance of 668.95 feet to the point of beginning. .
