AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE UNOPENED AT,TFY BETWEEN
ONEIDA STREET AND SUMNER STREET IN BLOCK 12, ROSE
HILL FIRST ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOTTOWS:
1. That the unopened alley between Oneida, Street and Sumner Street in
Block 12, Rose Hill First Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 15thda.y of September ,1969.

ONEIDA STREET AND SUMNER STREET IN BLOCK 12, ROSE
HILL FIRST ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the unopened alley between Oneida Street and Sumner Street in
Block 12, Rose Hill First Addition, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the
same is hereby vacated.
