AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF HUNTINGTON
ROAD IN AUDITORS PLAT OF PART OF MEADOWDALE IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a portion of Huntington Road in Auditors Plat of Part of
Meadowdale, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Huntginton Road that
is 8.53 feet Westerly of the Southeasterly corner of Lot 52 in
said subdivision; thence Westerly along Northerly line of
Huntington Road a distance of 96.36 feet; thence deflect left
94°05'30" a distance of 6.87 feet; thence on a straight line
96.13 feet more or less to the point of beginning,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1969.
