ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 7 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 6 of said section, the following
Sub-Section seven (7) :
"7. All of Lots 18 thru 22 in Forest Hill Subdivision in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now zoned
on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa as "R-1" One and Two
Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby
zoned as "C-2" Commercial District."
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of November ,1969.
