BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the part of the North-South Alley between Oneida Street and Willow Street in Block 13 , Rose Hill First Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : The North Three Hundred sixty-four (364) feet of the North-South Alley in Block 13 , Rose Hill First Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
