BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that all
streets and alleys contained in Disposal Parcel No. 456 in the Westfield-Virden
Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Iowa R-7, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" hereto attached and made a part hereof by this reference, be and the same
are hereby vacated.
