RESOLUTION NO. 2023-444
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH C AND C WELDING, INC., TO ALLOW
DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES INCLUDING EARTH MOVING
AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUNDATION ON THE CITY -
OWNED RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO 1714 RIVER
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Early Access Agreement with C and C Welding, Inc., to allow development activities,
including earth moving and construction of a foundation on the city -owned right-of-way,
adjacent to 1714 River Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 2023.
