RESOLUTION NO. 2023-443
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH A -LINE VENTURES, LC, AND
APPROVING A DEED TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,000.00,
LOCATED AT 200 EAST MULLAN AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement and Deed to Sell Real Property for property located at
200 East Mullan Avenue, dated July 17, 2023, between A -Line Ventures, LC and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $7,000.00, and legally described as follows:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 107 FEET OF LOT NO. 10 AND THE
SOUTHWESTERLY 15 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 107 FEET OF LOT
NO. 7, ALL IN BLOCK NO. 9 IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT, ON THE EAST SIDE
OF THE CEDAR RIVER, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July 2023.
