TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 31,165 SQUARE FOOT
COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN THE "B-P" BUSINESS PARK
DISTRICT, LOCATED SOUTH OF 4041 HURST DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of Parks Property Management, LLC, on behalf of Pella Windows and
Doors, for a site plan amendment to the"B-P"Business Park District, located south of 4041 Hurst
Drive, to construct a new 31,165 square foot commercial building, and legally described as follows:
LOT 6, TOWER PARK NO. 7 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK.
COUNTY,IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
