BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the acquisition contract, in conjunction with the South Street and W. 9th Street Roundabout Construction Project, in the amount of $1,000.00, and up to $1,000.00 in closing costs between Jipson Enterprises, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to acquire 12.5 square feet of right-of-way and approving a temporary easement agreement for 817 square feet located at 1111 South Street, and legally described as follows: RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION THAT PART OF LOT 1, J.B.
