RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Agreement dated June 21, 2010, for
reimbursement in the amount of $8,500.00, for the attendance of
four members of the Waterloo Commission on Human Rights at the
National Policy Conference held July 19-23, 2010, by and between
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of June, 2010.
