RESOLUTION APPROVING AMBULANCE SERVICES FEES
FOR FIRE RESCUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following ambulance services fees for Fire Rescue, be and
the same are hereby approved:
Advanced Life Support (ALS) Emergency $644.17
Advanced Life Support (ALS) II Emergency $702.03
Basic Life Support (BLS) Emergency $493.25
Basic Life Support (BLS) Non Emergency $340.73
