RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF GENERAL AND
AUTO LIABILITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC
OFFICIALS ERRORS AND OMISSIONS, AND UMBRELLA
INSURANCE WITH TRAVELER'S INSURANCE AND
RENEWAL OF PROPERTY INSURANCE WITH CHUBB
INSURANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of general and auto liability, law enforcement,
public officials errors and omissions, and umbrella insurance
with Traveler's Insurance and renewal of property insurance with
Chubb Insurance for a total premium of $859,730.00, be and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of June, 2010.
