RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF STOP LOSS
HEALTH INSURANCE WITH WELLMARK BLUE CROSS
BLUE SHIELD OF IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated June 21, 2010, for a premium of
$621,284.00, for stop loss health insurance for the period
July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011, by and between Wellmark Blue
Cross Blue Shield of Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of June, 2010.
