RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BODY ARMOR REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Police
Chief to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., for the Police Department Body Armor Replacement
Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Police Chief has filed said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
