RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH BROADWAY LIMITED, LC, IN THE
AMOUNT OF FOR $826.78, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TITUS LIFT STATION AND FORCE MAIN LOCATED AT
1750 BROADWAY STREET, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement dated June 20, 2023, of the hereinafter
described parcel, is to allow for upgrades to sanitary sewer and utilities over a portion of property
located at 1750 Broadway Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement between Broadway Limited, LC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $826.78, in conjunction with the Titus Lift
Station and Force Main Project located at 1750 Broadway Street, and legally described below, is
accepted and approved.
THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) IN SECTION NO. 5
TOWNSHIP NO. 89 NORTH, RANGE NO. 13 WEST OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF
THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 AND PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 ALL IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 89 NORTH, RANGE 13
