WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement dated June 20, 2023, of the hereinafter described parcel, is to allow for upgrades to sanitary sewer and utilities over a portion of property located at 1750 Broadway Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement between Broadway Limited, LC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $826.78, in conjunction with the Titus Lift Station and Force Main Project located at 1750 Broadway Street, and legally described below, is accepted and approved.
