RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS WITH CAMENZIND
MASONRY, FOR LOTS 2 AND 5 OF THE WAGNER ROAD
SUBDIVISION, EACH AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY
APPROVED BY COUNCIL ON MARCH 15, 2021, AND
RECORDED APRIL 6, 2021, AS DOC. NO. 2021-21071 AND
2021-21075, DUE TO THE PROJECT MOVING TO A
DIFFERENT LOCATION WITHIN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Termination of a Development Agreement with Camenzind Masonry, for lots 2 and 5 of
the Wagner Road Subdivision, each agreement originally approved by Council on March 15,
2021, and recorded April 6, 2021, as Doc.No. 2021-21071 and 2021-21075, due to the project
moving to a different location within the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3r1 day of April 2023.
