RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SDC REAL ESTATE,
LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 3040
LEVERSEE ROAD, ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY COUNCIL
ON NOVEMBER 20, 2017, AND RECORDED OCTOBER 9,
2018, AS DOC. NO. 2019-5883, FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE
THE PROJECT PER THE TIMELINE PROVIDED FOR IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Termination of a Development Agreement with SDC Real Estate, LLC, for property
located north of 3040 Leversee Road, originally approved by Council on November 20, 2017,
and recorded October 9, 2018, as Doc. No. 2019-5883, for failure to complete the project per the
timeline provided for in the development agreement, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
