RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH PROSPER FARMS
NETWORK, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST
OF 2510 LEVERSEE ROAD, ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY
COUNCIL ON MAY 6, 2019, AND RECORDED JULY 3, 2019,
AS DOC. NO. 2020-278, FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE
PROJECT PER THE TIMELINE PROVIDED IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Termination of a Development Agreement with Prosper Farms Network, LLC, for
property located northeast of 2510 Leversee Road, originally approved by Council on May 6,
2019, and recorded July 3, 2019, as Doc.No. 2020-278, for failure to complete the project per
the timeline provided, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
