RESOLUTION NO. 2023-481
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH BOLAND RECREATION OF MARSHALLTOWN,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,242.40, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2024 GATES PARK RENOVATION
AMENITIES PURCHASE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Purchase Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between the City of Waterloo and
Boland Recreation of Marshalltown, Iowa, in the amount of $50,242.40, in conjunction with the
purchase of two shelters to match existing shelters for the FY 2024 Gates Park Renovation
Improvements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
