RESOLUTION NO. 2023-482
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
BOTTLING GROUP, LLC, PEPSI BEVERAGES COMPANY,
FOR THE PURCHASE OF PEPSI PRODUCTS FOR LEISURE
SERVICES FACILITIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Purchase Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between the City of Waterloo and
Bottling Group, LLC, Pepsi Beverages Company, for the purchase of Pepsi products for Leisure
Services Facilities, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
