RESOLUTION NO. 2023-484
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,891.26,
FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TWO
STREET LIGHTS TO BE LOCATED AT THE CORNERS OF
LEVERSEE ROAD/HYPER DRIVE AND LEVERSEE
ROAD/WARP DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the agreement with MidAmerican Energy, in the amount of $9,891.26, for the
purchase and installation of two street lights to be located at the corners of Leversee Road/Hyper
Drive and Leversee Road/Warp Drive, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
