RESOLUTION NO. 2023-486
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEER CREEK
DEVELOPMENT, LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED OCTOBER
13, 2006, TO MAKE ANNUAL PAYMENTS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $300,000.00, PER THE AGREEMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that an amendment to the Development Agreement with Deer Creek Development, LLC,
originally approved October 13, 2006, to make annual payments in the amount of$300,000.00,
per the agreement, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
