RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EASEMENT REVIEW
AGREEMENT WITH CENTURYLINK FOR THE
ASSESSMENT AND RELEASE OF EASEMENT IA- AFN 1991-
00012726 AND UTILITIES ON CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED WEST AND NORTH OF 2122 W. RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500.00, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Easement Review Agreement with CenturyLink, dated August 7, 2023,
of the hereinafter described parcel, is for the assessment and release of IA- AFN 1991-00012726
and utilities on city -owned property located west and north of 2122 W. Ridgeway Avenue, Parcel
Number 8913-32-476-022, in the amount of $1,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Easement Review Agreement between CenturyLink and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $1,500.00, for the assessment and release of easement IA-
AFN 1991-00012726 and utilities on city -owned property located west and north of 2122 W.
Ridgeway Avenue, Parcel Number 8913-32-476-022, and legally described below, is accepted
and approved.
LOT 3 BROCK THIRD ADDITION EXCEPT FOR THE NORTH 150 FEET,
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
