RESOLUTION NO. 2023-491
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
RELIANT FIRE APPARATUS, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE REPLACEMENT FIRE TRUCK IN THE AMOUNT OF
$905,300.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated August 7, 2023, between the City of Waterloo and Reliant
Fire Apparatus, Inc., in the amount of $905,300.00 for the purchase of one replacement fire
truck, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
