RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,135.00 FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 301-303 ADAMS STREET IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
301-303 Adams Street (Parcel No. 8913-24-132-028)
North Addition South 70 feet West 52% Lot 15 Block 11, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
June 2009 - $1,135.00 (fire rental inspection)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
