RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WILLET HOFMANN & ASSOCIATES
OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,000.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE US 63/LOGAN AVENUE
TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE PROJECT FROM THE INTERSECTION
OF NEWELL STREET/CONGER STREET TO DONALD
STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 7, 2023 between Willet Hofmann &
Associates of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the amount of $14,000.00, in conjunction with the US
63/Logan Avenue Traffic Adaptive Project from the intersection of Newell Street/Conger Street
to Donald Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
