RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING POLICY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
TWO TAHOES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, FROM KARL
CHEVROLET, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $80,764.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of two Tahoes for the Police Department, from Karl Chevrolet, Inc., in the
amount of $80,764.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
