RESOLUTION NO. 2023-470
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO PUBLIC LIBRARY 2023 INTERIOR
RENOVATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 28439.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Library Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library 2023 Interior Renovation Project, Contract No.
28439, and
WHEREAS, said Library Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the Waterloo Public Library 2023 Interior Renovation Project, Contract No.
28439, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 7, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by
this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Public Library 2023 Interior Renovation Project, Contract No. 28439, are hereby
approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2023.
