RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that a transfer be made in the amount of $8,335,000.00 from Trust
& Agency Fund (200) to General Fund (010) to reimburse the
General Fund for employee benefits.

Trust & Agency Fund General Fund $8,335,000.00
