RESOLUTION ,APPROVING THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT
DATED 1/8/79 WITH BRICE, PETRIDE S & .ASSOCIATES,
INC. , FOR PHASE I, ANSBOROUGH ,AVENUE DRAINAGE
AREA, STORM SEWERS AND SECONDARY DRAINAGE STUDY,
AND PHASE II COVERING THE FINAL DESIGN FOR CON-
STRUCTION OF FACILITIES RECOMMENDED IN PHASE I,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY THE
MAYOR AND CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering services for Phase I, Ansborough Avenue
Drainage Area, Storm Sewers and Secondary Drainage Study, and Phase
II covering the Final Design for construction of Facilities recom-
mended in Phase I , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , are needed , now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated January 8, 1979, for the Phase
I, Ansborough Avenue Drainage Area, Storm Sewers and Secondary
Drainage Study, and Phase II covering the Final Design for con-
struction of Facilities recommended in Phase I , by and between
Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in be-
half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 8th day of January, 1979.
