RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE WATERLOO
HOUSING AUTHORITY TO REMOVE CERTAIN DELINQUENT
AND UNCOLLECTABLE RENTAL ACCOUNTS FROM THE RENT
REGISTER OF THE LEASED HOUSING PROJECT,
WHEREAS, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, acting as the
Waterloo Public Housing Authority, is desirous of removing certain
delinquent and uncollectable rental accounts from the rent register of
the Leased Housing Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following listed delinquent and uncollectable rental accounts be,
and the same are hereby removed from the rent register of the Leased Housing
Project .
