RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF RAILROAD COMPANY
AND IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
UPGRADING THE EAST FOURTH STREET CROSSING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 15, 1979, with the Illinois Central
Gulf Railroad Company and Iowa Department of Transportation for Up-
grading the East Fourth Street Crossing, be, and the same is hereby,
approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement with the Ill-
inois Central Gulf Railroad Company for and on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of January, 1979, approved
by Mayor this 15th day of January, 1979.
