RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TWO STATE-
MENTS DATED DECEMBER 25, 1979 FROM `S'CHENK EN-
GINEERING COMPANY, FOR ENGINEERING SERJICES
FOR F.Y. 1979 PAVING PROGRAM II, CONTRACT NO.
170 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa , have rendered engineering services in connection with the
F .Y. 1979 Paving Program II , Contract No. 170, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shoran
in their two statements dated December 26, 1978, is $53, 175. 56,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $53, 175. 56
being payment for the two Statements dated December 26, 1978,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the F .Y. 1979 Paving Program II , Contract No. 170 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is
hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant ac-
cordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Schenk
Engineering Company, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of January, 1979.
